Alea Burner

Alea received her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Western Washington University in 2014. She attended Seattle University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2017.

After graduation from law school, Alea worked at a Plaintiff’s employment law firm for two years and then a union labor law firm for another two and a half years. She has also recently worked in various legal positions advising management.

Alea is committed to fairness in the workplace and effective employee advocacy which lead her to Cline and Associates. In particular, she recognizes the struggles that exist for public servants and aims to support their interests and ensure their rights are respected. The Firm puts the wide range of Alea’s experience to work for our clients. Alea is involved in every aspect of the Cline and Associates representation including negotiations, member representation and client advice.

In her free time Alea enjoys creating stained glass and wood art, pottery making, and home renovation projects. She is also a big fan of her Chihuahua T-Bone and Cat Basil.
